Terms & Conditions
Mediculator by Mohammed Nasih P T is an educational clinical calculator and decision-support learning platform for anaesthesia, ICU, perfusion, electrolytes, nursing workflow and hospital safety topics.
1. Educational purpose only
All calculators, interpretation notes, warnings, equations, checklists and safety prompts are provided for education, revision, training support and workflow awareness only. Mediculator does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, treatment orders, institutional approval or emergency clinical instruction.
2. Not a substitute for professional judgement
Users must verify every result with qualified clinical judgement, patient condition, monitoring, institutional protocol, drug label, senior clinician review and local laws. Do not use this platform as the sole basis for clinical care.
3. Dose and calculator safety
Drug doses and physiological calculations may vary by age, weight scalar, organ function, haemodynamics, pregnancy, comorbidities, device calibration, guideline updates and local policy. Always cross-check high-alert medications, paediatric/neonatal calculations, electrolytes, anticoagulation, blood products, vasopressors, ventilation settings and perfusion decisions independently.
4. Emergency limitation
In emergencies, follow your hospital emergency protocol, call appropriate senior help and use approved resuscitation resources. Website availability, offline cache, browser behaviour or device performance cannot be guaranteed.
5. User suggestions and corrections
Feedback submitted through the suggestion area is review input only. The creator may accept, reject, modify, clinically validate or archive suggestions. Submission does not create employment, authorship, ownership, payment rights or guaranteed publication.
6. Intellectual property and creator protection
The Mediculator name, interface structure, original summaries, calculator presentation, checklists, safety wording, visual design and source files are protected as creator-owned work where applicable. You may not copy, rebrand, resell, redistribute, host cloned versions, remove creator attribution, or claim ownership without written permission from Mohammed Nasih P T.
7. No warranty
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Clinical knowledge changes over time, and users are responsible for checking current authoritative sources.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for injury, loss, adverse outcome, professional consequence, data loss, or damages arising from use, misuse, reliance on, or inability to use Mediculator.
9. Acceptance
By using Mediculator, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand its educational-only nature.
